WEB DESIGN PACKAGES

Beginners Package

• R350 discount if you host with Afrihost
• Including a 3 page static web site Feedback Form

This option is specially for you who just need a web presence. If you are on a tight budget or not sure yet, then this is the option for you. Other companies will allow you one or maybe two pages, we throw in 3 pages. And like we mentioned above, if you are an AfriHost client or plan to host with AfriHost, you will save even more.

Advanced Package

• R4100.00
• R350 discount if you host with Afrihost
• Including a 8 page static web site & Feedback Form

This one is for those of you who want a little more than just a limited web page. We get rid of the 3 pages and throw in 8 pages, and look at the price difference between this package and the one above - can you afford NOT to opt for this one? Other companies will stretch your wallet until they can get around R3500 from you and that will be for between 5 and 6 pages. Once again, host with AfriHost and save even more.

• Page Update - R250.00 per page ( page upload, document updates and image work )
• Extra Page - R250.00 per page ( adding a new page )
• Hourly Fee - R280.00 (applicable to graphic & outlay work)
• Menu & Structure Changes - R210.00

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

Maintenance Packages are only applicable to web pages that have been designed or redone by Dumelang Media Services.

Package 1 (12 updates) **
R2400 (R200 per update)

Package 2 (24 updates) **
R4320 (R180 per update)

Package 3 (36 updates) **
R5760 (R160 per update)

** Maintenance packages are ALL prepaid and are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase unless stated differently on your invoice.

The following items qualify as ONE Credit

• New Page
• Design of Banner / Ads or any visual elements (if applicable to a single page)
• Documents and Files ( uploading, replacing excising and or new files incl PDF, MS Word, Excel, JPG's representing pages / per item uploaded )
• Text replacement, paragraphs and tables (update of prices, info etc).
• NO CHARGE for single minor changes like dates or single sentances / words.

The following items qualify as TWO Credits

• Menu and or Structure Changes
• Design of Banner / Ads or any visual elements (if applicable to 2 or more pages)

HOURLY RATE

Dumelang Media Services charges an hourly rate of R280 per hour for other non-listed work including research and graphic design or image manipulation.

Work on PHP programming is charged at R370 per hour.
